Guide To Use DRS Trial Version




    Step 1
    Read the Guide below FIRST. Then click on the top link to download the DRS Trial Version for installation.

    Step 2
    Install the DRS Trial Version by click the "next" button to finish the installation. (If the following warning window appears during your installation, just click "OK" button to continue.)
    Step 3
    After your installation you will find the DRS shortcut icon on the desktop, double click on it to start your DRS trial using.

    Step 4
    Please refer to the User’s Guide within the Installation folder for major features.

    NOTE: The manual is for the formal version, features that required Hardware support (related to call signals) WON’T function. (E.g. Start Call Recording based on Ring, DTMF and phone on/off hook).

    WARNING: For trial, you can emulate the call input from your Audio device (that is input from your Microphone), 4 channels allowed. You can start Recording Manually as the following Screen shoot shown.


    Additional Notes for Trial version:

    1. You need to set one channel as Emergency Calls during your searching to play the recorded wave files. For Trial, the Emergency calls CAN ONLY be used for this purpose.

    2. In Trial version, Phone Call related properties (Within Red rectangle) of the channel, DID NOT have effect when set them.


    3. In Trial version, you CAN do most settings here EXCEPT those (Within Red rectangle)


    4. In Trial version, you CAN do the system settings.


    5. In Trial version, you CAN experience the function within the window EXCEPT those (Within Red rectangle)


    6. In Trial version, you CAN set the Time Period, but no effect due to no calls.


    7. In Trial version, you CAN NOT use the setting for Emergency Calls (No phone line available)


    8. In Trial version, you CAN generate the reports as shown (for Recorded files)


    9. You CAN ALSO use the Backup function based on instruction shown in the manual.
