HS-Fax is a computerized, professional fax system with the most advanced IT techniques combined with IVR & voice guidance technique to offer advanced, multi-line, multi-user fax services.

This fax server takes advantage of Web-based User Interface for system control and monitoring. User's can easily access faxing function at their PC / Notebook with experience similar to e-mails.

The fax server consists of system software and one or more PCIe ( PCI Express Bus ) high-speed fax card, it supports speed up to 33,600 bps..

All employees of the company can access HS-Fax server from any computer on the LAN or Internet; It uses IE Browser to view received faxes or send Fax from various types of Microsoft Office files directly.

This system provides comprehensive management function over customer data; fax files and E-mail interface. Faxes were automatically or manually transmitted through the LAN or WAN network.

Once you have an account in the HS-Fax Server, you will have fax (send / receive) service wherever you go, that breaks the time and physical limits as far as you have access to Internet. (This is a big plus for busy businessman!).

The fax server can be configured for SOHO usage or multi-line, multi-department, integrated application for large institutions.

Unique Features

Now most of the MFP (Mupti-Function Printers) on market equiped with 33.6 Kbps high-speed Fax Machine features, HS-FAX answers this market trend.

With a built-in “virtual FAX printer” automatically installed, Word, Excel, PDF, TEXT, image documents etc. all can be converted then faxed out automatically.

HS-FAX fax server supports wide B4 size (2432, 2048), 1728 resolution, it prints in A4 size paper yet maintains the high-resolution result.

One fax server can support multiple fax lines, users on the network uses IE browser (Web UI), to directly send or receive faxes from their Notebook or desktop computer. The operation is simple and not limited by physical constrain imposed by old FAX Machines.

System supports multiple fax users, every user can set, independently, its personal information and preference.

Fax requests will be added into HS-FAX faxing queue for Single receipt, Group receipts, Optional Re-send count, Scheduled Faxing, etc. This can save labor time and drastically increase your staff’s performance.

For each Fax entry, there’s field for recipient name, sender name, subject, date of creation, fax number etc. all are available for editing. These information helps recipients in reading easiness, with better save / filing and forwarding convenience.

Fax document can be previewed before sending, this step is vital as it prevents sensitive materials been sent to wrong numbers.

Incoming and outgoing faxes were logged by time, they can be searched by the combination of Subject , Recipients, Sender, Time Interval , Sending Status , (partial) file Name, …, etc.

From User Interface, Fax status of each entry can be easily monitored. When necessary, in just a few clicks, user can override the sending priority for timely adjustment.

After sending fax, Confirmation of its receiving is usually needed. HS-Fax Users can choose [Call-out Confirmation function], it saves labor time wasted for manual confirmation. Further more, a detailed report page helps user to check the sending result at a glance.

HS-Fax also proved a handy [Fax File Remark] feature. Uses can make note of Fax he viewed so in a later date, it can either be a quick reminder or used as searching conditions.

Fax documents received are saved in different directories with different receipt date. Users may view received fax documents by call or by page; retrieve fax documents based on variety of search conditions; you can then edit the fax subject, preview the fax content, make remarks; save back or print out. Also, if you want to forward to others by Fax, you can do so by bring out the Send Fax Interface page.

HS-Fax offers an unique fax monitoring panel [FAX Console - optional] for real-time display of each channel that includes the status, transmission rate, the current page number and caller ID. corresponding to different faxing conditions, there are different color icons, (the icon size can be switched to " large , medium , small " ), this makes viewing more convenient and intuitive! Also, this page provides various system parameters configuration via buttons.

System configuration can only be changed through the administrator account, so it is secured under controlled environment.

This system support setting of prohibited period for applications that don’t want to receive Faxes during certain time period.

Multiple Fax-Printing Modes, you can select to print when each page received (Just like Fax Machine); or you can print until whole Fax receive is completely; or, you can choose not to print at all. When there’s printer alert; the system will prompt user error messages. such as “out of paper”, “no ink” etc.

Another handy feature is Fax-Back function [optional]; Turn on this function will send copy of the received fax back to sender as confirmation immediately after fax received.

All Received Faxes document has the option to be forward as e-mail attachment to e-mail address (same user or other preset receipt). For central record purpose, Faxes can also be configured to keep a back-up copy in “Fax Secretary” account.

[Flip] button and other Viewing , Edit control makes the Fax handling on screen efficient and easy.
